Keith Kandetzke

Keith, his wife Nelly, and daughter Kaliah, have been living in Atlantic Beach since 2014. Keith earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and Management from Clarkson University and has been working as a project manager for design-build construction projects since 2004. Keith has managed the construction of nearly $200M worth of commercial facility improvements over the past 15 years. Keith also has earned the certification of Project Management Professional (PMP) and has extensive experience in negotiations. Keith applies his vast project management background to real estate through constantly focusing on customer needs and preferences while managing strict requirements, expectations and schedules to ensure a successful experience. Keith's wife Nelly is also a real estate professional and together they practice at iDEAL Realty Connections as the Kan Do Team. When not working, Keith enjoys time with his family, the beach, surfing, exercising and home improvement projects.
