Deron has been a Floridian since 1986. Originally from New York, he accepted a position in
the Jacksonville Sheriffs Office and served 30 distinguished years, training over 300
employees and supporting the effort to stabilize neighborhoods. Deron holds a Bachelor of
Science in Criminal Justice gradating Magna cum laude from Columbia College. Deron has a
son and daughter who both work at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville. Deron's passion for the Jacksonville community made him choose real estate as his second career.
